Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Generate Sales Leads: Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable product solutions.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and benefits of our disposable products to effectively communicate with clients and address their requirements.
4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and highlight their advantages in meeting the clients' needs.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Familiarity with disposable products and the healthcare, hospitality, and foodservice industries is a plus.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with a competitive commission structure. Earn a 2% commission on the total sales value, providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
